Starbucks - West Caldwell Twp

I usually won't go to this location because it is always so stressful. However, this time it went smoothly. They were still understaffed though and kind of unfriendly.

Great new location with new chairs and clean bathrooms at times. The only issue is the music is extremely loud as if there’s a live concert inside and it’s supposed to be quiet like a coffee shop to allow for a concentration and networking. other than that, pretty similar to all the other Starbucks. It seems as though that the staff at this location is always on a new cycle. baristas need to be trained for the Starbucks brand to be at its best. please do better

Went in to order a chocolate covered strawberry with extra strawberry purée Frap. a treat for me What I got was a regular strawberry cream Frap.. and it was tasteless !!!! Granted it was a Saturday , baristas were more interested in their own conversations stopping often working to engage/ talk. Get your act together , really disappointed !

Never open at the specified time online or posted in the front door. Waiting outside or at drive thru for 10+ minutes even though they see customers are waiting they are inside and not acknowledging. Change the hours if you’re not going to open when you say you are.

This is my go to Starbucks location. It's brand new and spacious inside. Always seems very clean and most of the staff I've interacted with have been really nice. Just be aware, this location gets super busy in the mornings so there may be a wait!
