During our last visit, we ordered a pizza and discovered that the chicken was old and smelled terrible. We returned it, and they admitted that the meat was indeed stale. Most recently, we ordered another pizza, hoping for a better experience, but this time the chicken was undercooked. We placed our order well in advance for Iftar (the meal to break our fast), but after just a few bites, we had to spit out the chicken because it was too tough to chew. When we called to complain, the staff asked us to bring the pizza back in a rainstorm because they didn’t believe us. They insisted they had been using the same chicken since the morning without any complaints. Upon our arrival, they acknowledged that the chicken was tough and likely not cooked properly, so they made us a new pizza. Unfortunately, the replacement pizza had the same problem. I pressed down on the chicken to demonstrate how hard it was, and they told me to chew it and then give my feedback. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe trying that pizza, but I complied due to their insistence. I quickly had to spit out the chicken because it was impossible to chew. They informed us that they couldn't do anything further since they had already provided a new pizza with fresh chicken and promised to speak to their supplier. In the end, they offered us free dipping sauce and two cans of soda as compensation. The poor customer service and food quality we experienced have led us to decide that we will not be returning.

The wings were fantastic, and the pizza was delicious too. I just wanted to share my thoughts: if you enjoy spice, definitely add green chilies to your pizza. However, if you're like me and prefer milder flavors, I would advise against the green chilies on your pizza.

This is the best pizza you will ever have! The staff member is incredibly friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. I absolutely love the pizza here!

Terrible experience! I ordered through their website, but when I arrived, the staff informed me that they don’t accept orders made online. The lady took several phone calls and kept telling me to wait. She contacted the manager, who confirmed that they don’t process online orders. After 25 minutes of back and forth, I finally received my order, but the pepperoni was undercooked, and there was way too much sauce, despite my note requesting light sauce. Overall, this has been one of my worst experiences, especially since I’ve ordered from here before due to its proximity to my business. The manager was no help, and the customer service representative I dealt with seemed clueless. If I could, I would rate this place a 0/10 based solely on this experience. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

As for wheelchair accessibility, it doesn't seem to be accessible, as I didn't notice any slope between the parking lot and the entrance to the shops.
