Waffle House - Weaverville

I used to frequent this restaurant often over the years, but unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. The place seemed to have gone downhill, perhaps it was just an off night. Only half of the bar was open and there were only three tables available. The other tables were dirty and covered in dishes, showing a lack of attention to detail. Throughout our meal, there were people waiting for tables but the staff made no effort to clear them for new guests. I even witnessed some customers leaving without anyone acknowledging them. I am willing to give them another chance and will update my review if my experience improves.

As the situation escalated, our waitress yelled at me for having a stressful day, even though I wasn't even speaking to her. Eventually, the cook asked me to leave the restaurant. I was shocked by the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service from the staff. When I tried to contact the management to address the issue, the phone number led me to a looped recording with no response. This experience has left me very disappointed and I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
