Bangkokthai Cuisine Sushi - Weatherford

Very disappointing experience. Me and my husband come in frequently and usually get the same things. We came in recently to celebrate a birthday and the service was horrible. Right off the bat we waited up front for several minutes waiting to beseated. We ordered right away and I got my food first. Then like 20 mins later we got our sushi and then waited another 15 minsbefore my husband finally got his food. Very unprofessional food is supposed to come out all at once. Once I started eating thechicken didn?t taste right. I?ve had the same dish before and it?s never tasted like that. Very mushy and gross. When I saidsomething to the waitress she went to get the manager and then the lady sat there and argued with me saying that there wasnothing that she could do and that I would still have to pay for it. I only had a couple of bites and there was more than 50% offood still on the plate. After I finally told her I WAS NOT paying for something I didn?t like she finally took it off. Sad tosay that is going to be the last time we eat there.

Very, very good food. The sushi was spectacular and worth the wait (they were very busy). The waitress was friendly and my drink was never empty which is a big deal for me.

The basil chicken is tasty. I wish the egg rolls were bigger.

The food is amazing, but the service was not the best. I adored the types of sushi I ordered and the miso soup. My sister got the crab salad. Every plate that I've seen at Bangkok is amazing in visual appearance. When the server approached our table, hewas dismissive and gave the impression that he'd rather be else where. We could see into the kitchen from where we were seatedand the entire restaurant was impeccable in cleanliness. I just wish for better hospitality if I go back.
