Jersey Mike's Subs - Waukegan

This location never disappointsThought I was safe ordering a Giant Club Sub but I had to share lol. Next time we'll get 2! So fresh, and tasty. Keep up the good work

I didn't like the fact the girl cut off part of my bread, I paid for a regular and it looks like I ended up recieving a mini, I'm disappointed in the quality of food l recieved. I am not satisfied at all. This place cost way to much money, seems like I won't be returning here. In top of the the sandwhich wasn't even good, it was just disgusting, I could of went too jimmy johns around the corner instead of here.

This past June marked my very 1st visit to this location and only my 2nd visit to a Jersey Mike's in general, Gurnee was the 1st at least 4 years ago.I guess when it comes to sub sandwiches, I tend to be picky and have to be in the mood for one. The subs here are really good though and I actually came back twice over the next 6 weeks.In the world of subs, the competition is fierce and JM's is not alone out there. You've got Subway, Potbelly Jimmy John's just a few seconds away, Firehouse, Penn Station, Quizno's, Cousins, etc.These subs seem to be of good quality with fresh ingredients, tables are always clean at this location, haven't had an issue with the customer service yet and prices still seem reasonable.For me to come back repeatedly to a sub shop, they have to have at least one sub that sticks out as far as taste. In 3 visits since this past June I've had the Big Kahuna, the Philly and the Italian; all are great.I think I've just stumbled onto a taste that's grown on me and just typing this has me planning my next visit. Jersey Mike's is a GO!!

I have never felt so rushed to order a sandwich not even Jimmy johns rushes me when I order. I couldn't even get all the words out of my mouth before she was asking me what else I wanted on my sandwich. Waukegan jersey Mike employees be like (see pic below) ?

Drove 25mins to jersey mikes when I have subway jimmy johns within 3-5 mins of my home. All the girls had a stank face didn’t even greet us, but let us know they turned off the oven only have rosemary wheat bread at 7pm. Which was fine we still ordered. Staff was rudely rushing our order. The woman slicing the meats did them paper thin nor did she wipe the machine when switching meats cheeses. The cashier didn’t bag our chips and told us we can grab some from outside which other people were now standing in front of. I’d like to think if you are prompting me to a tip option the least you can do is take the initiative to bag the chips since you are rushing everyone’s order the moment they walk in. If I wanted speedy sloppy sandwiches poor attitudes I would have settled for either sandwich shop around the block. This location was a disappointment.
