Al Forno Cafe - Watford

This restaurant is not even worthy of one star! Regardless of the quality of the food, I didn't want to stick around to find out. The customer service was absolutely abysmal. I was there with my elderly friend who is deaf, just looking to enjoy a coffee and a snack. The man who served us was rude and dismissive. When I inquired about our coffee, he shouted at me and explained that he was working alone and under a lot of stress. There were only two other customers in the restaurant, and I was completely taken aback by his behavior. When I informed him that my friend was deaf, he told us we should have made that clear from the start. I explained that it was not our fault he was overwhelmed and that he should apologize for his rudeness. He then threatened to kick us out, showing a complete lack of customer service skills.

My friends treated me to lunch at this restaurant before we headed to the local beer festival. It's a wonderful little spot with delicious pizza that was made fresh. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite its small size, this place has a lot of heart. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I visited this restaurant with my son for breakfast and we ordered a salami and mozzarella panini. What we received was absolutely fantastic! It was more like a calzone, but incredibly light and fluffy, not dense at all. It was the best panini I have ever had!

Beautiful eating, perfect location and cheap prices! if they live in the opposite of bushey, they should definitely check it!

I've been visiting this wonderful little cafe for some time now. Pizzas are lovely, baguettes are luscious and the coffee is the best in Watford. Staff are all so friendly and helpful and it's just great. Very good value for money! Wish they had opened...years ago.
