McDonald's - Waterloo

Came here mid afternoon, no one working, ordered by the self order screen , then watched 3 people talk, eat and do nothing, 30 minutes later a girl asks me what I ordered? Are you kidding me? This place has useless non workers, maybe the manager , or the McGriddle who can’t hold cheese should try to run a better fast! Food joint, fire them all, clean this place up, what a disgrace for not only customer appreciation but actual performance, cheers

Stood in front of 3 female workers, one was a manager, for a solid minute while they ignored me and went on yakking. Finally one asks what I want. I ask if they have decaf coffee, I get a surly no. Okay, moving on. I ask for a hamburger, fries, and sprite, and instead of putting it in as a happy meal, she charges individually for each item, and it comes to over 7 dollars. I ask if the happy meal is cheaper, and I get a yeah, I guess so in return. She fixes it, and it comes to $4.52. I finally get my happy meal, and there are no napkins, so I go up and ask the worker for some, she literally slams down a bunch of napkins and walks away. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible workers who are miserable beyond belief. Enjoy my $4.52 because it is the last money you will ever get from me. Avoid this location at all costs!!

My kids and I visited this McDonald’s at 4:45pm and I must say the service was absolutely terrible. The lady that waited on us was rude so her co worker stepped in and was very pleasant. The food was all cold, we had to wait for our drinks till she served another customer which took 5 minutes then she went back to get our drinks, which tasted like water. It was a horrible experience, I will never visit this McDonald’s again

This restaurant has everything from rude staff and cold food to incompetent managers. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

This McDonald's is located inside a Walmart, so there's not much to say. It's convenient for those visiting the St. Jacob's Farmer's Market or the Factory Outlet Mall.
