Food was old, asked for ketchup and a employee walk past me and started talking to other staff another employee walked to the kitchen...

For the amount of food I got, I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. The lady who gave me my food was very polite and pleasant. The caramel sundaes were a little pricey, but when we saw how much ice cream there was... It made sense. I love how they put tall lids on their sundaes to prevent spills. Fries were fresh and great. Burgers were good.

I will say that the food usually good. Service also. Today the cashier was amazing. The cook however I asked for xtra onion and pickles on my burger. I got my food I paid for large fries they were half full at best , my burger of course was lacking extra anything except 2 xtra pickle slices. When I go out to eat I want hot food and expect my food to be put together as I asked for it. My bacon cheeseburger literally has mayo dripping off if it and is all you taste. I am not giving a bad review because normally the food is great. But this time the food is not great or even mediocre. I went inside to get it and it was all cold and soggy before I even got to Main Street. Anyhow food is usually great but today I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. So literally wasted my money today.

Everytime we come here food is cold and ice-cream is melting all over before handed into the car. When asked what blizzard is what I was told I don't know. Won't be back. When we asked for a receipt we got told they couldn't give us one.

Very dirty smelling inside. Like the place needs a good cleaning. Service is very slow. My blizzard was only 3/4 full. My second blizzard was almost full. See picture. Very expensive for such a small amount. The bottom half of the blizzard wasn't even mixed, just had vanilla ice cream in the bottom half.
