Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Waseca

Tables dirty, bathrooms disgusting, floors, not clean. Food sat on the counter for five minutes before they remembered us. Indoor service not good. They prioritize the drive-through. go to Burger King instead across street

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for an ice cream cone because they couldn't tell the person in front of me to go to the drive thru sign at the front of the store and wait for their food. Mind you this was at 9pm.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dairy Queen, poor service. The employees were disrespectful to everyone. An employee of Dairy Queen had her kids there, while she was working, and they were loud and screaming and disrespectful, the worker/mom of the kids, she was yelling at them while the customers where in there. DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO WORK. definitely won’t be back!

This establishment is disgusting. Floor covered in garbage and wrappers. Service is so slow. Probably because the staff are in the back sipping on their free pop for the night. Talking with eachother instead of paying attention to their job.

I come from Albert Lea to eat here! Even back when we had a DQ! The standard they set here is unmatched! Food is ALWAYS hot fresh! I’ve ate here many times and it’s never anything less than perfect! Absolutely the best DQ I’ve ever had anywhere in the country!
