I am visiting my mother in Warrenton NC. I picked up meds from Walgreens and decided to treat her to a sub. I ordered at the drive-thru and drove to her house. The order was not accurate; they added condiments I did not ask for and the spinach wrap was discontinued so the preparer made the sub with a plain wrap and negated to inform me of the change. I called the manager and she located the receipt in the system $27. wrote my name and number in the 'book of mistakes ' and agreed to remake it for free. I called yesterday to pick up the subs and the other manager said he was unable to honor the other manager 's promise. Why? There was no record of the mistake. He also said it was not his problem to correct. Lesson learned. I will not spend another dime at Subway in Warrenton NC.
