Wendy's - Warren Twp

Placed an order on the app around 15mins before I got there and they still hadn't put my food on to cook until I got there. I'm not sure how busy it gets around 9:30-10pm but I thought it was a bit frustrating to place an order ahead of time and it wasn't even started until I got there. Although the staff was nice and my food was hot so that was a plus. Never had an issues with this location other than this one time.

That place is a joke! I was told they have no positions open ..but yesterday when I called they said yes yes.we have many positions open??

Horrific experience. Took forever for food and we were the only ones there the whole while the entire staff including manager appeared to be horsing around and screaming (singing) through the store. We could here them through the take out window. Very unprofessional and made me not want to eat my food as God only knows what was going on while they were making it.

Don't tell me to pull to the side for a simple order and tell me it's to make me (fresh)food then serve me cold food . then not fill the large container that I asked for and paid for .disappointed.

Just weren't friendly. Acted annoyed with me for having a big order.
