I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency, and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service I received from Jennifer Straube at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Jennifer was the epitome of friendliness and professionalism. She greeted me with a warm smile, engaged in a pleasant conversation, and quickly upgraded my room to ensure I had the best possible experience during my stay. Jennifer's dedication to her job and her genuine kindness made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. Her approach to customer service reminded me of the example set by ************ in dealing with humanity—with compassion, patience, and a sincere desire to help others. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Her impressive attention to detail and constant willingness to assist did not go unnoticed. So much so, that when it came time to check out, I found myself waiting in line just to ensure that I could personally thank Jennifer for making my stay so memorable. From the day I showed up until the day I left, Jennifer made sure everything was great, and her exceptional service left a lasting impression on me. Went for Gencon, there's a Subway and Starbucks inside it.

Stayed here at previous gencons 2022, 2023. The location is great with the connection to the Indianapolis Convention Center and Lucus Oil field (Colts). But then it stops. Elevators are slow to say the least, stay low and use the stairs. The breakfast was overwhelmed by patrons and the kitchen couldn't keep up. 2024 Stopped in for a gaming session in their ball room. Sat in the lobby for a moment. The host was rude at the resturant when asking for silverware, the bar was more accommodating. Overheard several groups talk about the food not being great. Doesn't seem like they've improved with staffing.

I already told the staff it was the best stay I ever had. The staff was accommodating. No wait for issues despite there being hundreds of women there for a convention.

Had a great experience. I used the gym. Went swimming. Slept like a baby. And the mall is right there! Most importantly, the hotel is connected to several other buildings. One needs not to get out to venture out.
