I came in last minute to grab an ice cream cake for my 9 yr old.Flynn, who helped me TREMENDOUSLY, offered to write on the cake for me on the spot. She asked what his favorite color/s were and incorporated it with what color was already on the cake! It looked AMAZING!! I just wanted to say: THANK YOU FLYNN for going above and beyond. This ship is crewed by a band of incompetent children, who clearly have terrible work ethic nor any concern for customer service. Vaguely rude and impersonal. They rarely even say bye or demonstrate any etiquette or manners. Most of my thank you 's are returned w/ an empty gaze. Z gens: pray for them.There are a few acceptions, of course, and for those individuals, I thank you. Best.
