Roosters Piri Piri - Wandsworth

The food at this restaurant was excellent. I dined with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The flavors were fantastic and the staff was very polite and friendly. Saqib, the gentleman who served us, was especially outstanding.

I ordered a couple of grilled chicken burgers and one chicken fillet burger for takeout from Rooster Grill. When I got home, I was surprised to find cheese inside the chicken fillet burger. I've never encountered a fast food joint that puts cheese in a chicken burger before. When I called Rooster Grill, they informed me that it was listed on the menu. Do you really expect people to read the menu at a chicken restaurant? There was no mention of cheese when I placed my order, and the gentleman working there noticed that I hadn't looked at the menu.

I have experienced some terrible customer service at this restaurant. Despite having previously received delivery from them, they have now refused to deliver to me multiple times, claiming that I live too far away. When I try to speak to them about this issue, they treat me like a nuisance and are unhelpful. They accepted my online order with the same postcode they refused over the phone, which doesn't make any sense. While their wings are delicious, I will not be ordering from them again due to their poor attitude and lack of customer service. Additionally, I am requesting a refund from Roosters Tooting.

I ordered for delivery at around 7:30pm and it told me that my order would be delivered in around 30 mins. After a 2h 30 wait, the food finally arrived. I had called a number of times to enquire as to why my delivery hadn’t come and the man on the phone said he would call me back and never did. He also HUNG THE PHONE UP after I explained my frustration. The delivery service is an utter disgrace and I wouldn’t even bother with them, judging by their disgusting customer service and lousy communication. The man on the phone didn’t bother anything and also lied numerous times which I had confirmed with the delivery driver. PLEASE don’t bother getting delivery as they are due do disappoint. Not to mention I had a diabetic grandmother who was told the food would arrive in around 30 mins and had to wait 2h 30 instead. No compensation either!

Great food, friendly staff, very clean, great value for money.local restaurant fantastic atmosphere.
