The line is usually long so I always order ahead for this location!

The dining room was closed at 4:30 pm on a week night, the drive thru was lined out into Oak Ridge turnpike, the service was so slow I contemplated leaving. When I got home the Fries were disgusting and our sandwiches were ice cold. Will not return

Horrible. Ordered through door dash and They Can't even remember to put drinks with an order. Called and said they forgot my drinks and the lady was a smart as*. Never again ordering food from there until better management is hired.

After checking the website for this specific restaurant that stated the dining room was open, I arrived, expecting to finally try the breakfast menu that has been long over due. I found that due to understaffed the dining room was closed. The hours open sign was on each of 3 doors. All said dining room open. 2 employees were sitting at tables with laptops open. Only 2 cars were in the drive-thru. There were 5 cars in the parking lot leading me to believe that 5 people were inside, 3 working an 2 … – show

The floor was wet in front of the soda dispenser. Both soda dispensers were not working. Asked for cup to fill from drive thru dispenser numerous times. Finally a manager came to help. Fries were ice cold. Saw employee pick a chicken nugget from bin with fingers and pop into her mouth while waiting on a beverage. Chili was soup. What's up Wendy's???? Drive thru line traps parked customers in spot. Sheeze! Worst lunch trip ever.
