After waiting in line for 20 minutes, they were rude. Sabrina couldn't get the order right reading it back, then was very rude and hateful at the window. She literally tossed our bag of food and wanted to argue about giving it to us in the first place. I will not go to the one on Willow anymore. Good food, fast at a reasonable price. Service was good. Lobby needed some attention as tables had not been wiped and the floor needed sweeping.

Every single time I come here it’s wrong. I worked at Wendy’s legit 3 years ago. It’s not that hard. When I order a pretzel burger, it gets a pretzel bun. It does not come with a regular bun like seriously? When I order a salad with extra grilled chicken, I got no chicken at all Get it together
