I love tropical smoothie Café but I’m pretty disappointed with my order yesterday. Ordered the Santa Fe chicken quesadilla and when I got to my vehicle realized there’s only chicken and cheese on it and no salsa. Went back inside for salsa which took a very long time to receive. By the time I ate my food it was cold. The chicken was rubbery and not very good. I ordered two wraps, both with plant based chicken substitute, and asked for no cheese on the Caribbean jerk one. Opened it up, cheese on it. Unfortunately I was already a good 20 miles away. It's a good thing I always carefully check my food at new places because this could have made me very sick. The other wrap was fine, but not being able to follow these instructions made me concerned they didn't use the plant based chicken either. Smoothie tasted good.
