Unfortunately even though I ordered ahead my food wasn't ready. But they freshly made my chicken and it was totally worth the wait and they were delicious. Their chicken nuggets are huge!!

I had a craving for chicken and near my house there are 2 chicken joints; zaxbys, and Popeyes. I've had Popeyes before, I would say 2 times, but I mostly eat at zaxbys. Always have an amazing experience here! The food and staff are wonderful every time! I live closer to the other location but will always take the extra time to come here. Food is always fresh, exactly as ordered, quick, and the staff has never been less than extremely kind and personable. I don’t see y’all often but I’m always glad when I do! Thank you!

Don't ask me to lie for you. I understand that food takes time to cook and it may not be ready when I arrive. I also understand that others may have ordered something that is ready to eat and being asked to pull forward so they can get their order is reasonable. However, when I order a meal and you ask me to pull forward “because there is a timer,” you are asking me to be complicit in your efforts to lie to your corporate management.
