Chick-fil-a - Walterhill

Slowest chick fila in town. You will sit in line for hours. Go to Collierville or East Memphis.

This Chick-fil-A doesn’t have enough staff. It used to be one of the best ones to go to with quick service but it is all gone downhill since Covid. Maybe one day I’ll return but I’ll just stick to the one in the Wolfchase area. At least there you can order curbside.

I'm giving 4 stars just because people preparing your food and have it ready for you were awesome, but I'll give 3 stars for customer service of people taking your order. The lady didn't know the menu. When we asked her what was the best food they had, she said “I don't know” and showed us the menu in her iPad. Favoritism and bias behavior with the expediter is unacceptable

Excellent food as always.. there were no outside workers, Therefore service was slow. Thank you for your biblical stand against homosexuality, for hiring High quality, well-trained Christian workers and for staying closed on Sundays! It certainly appears that God is honoring you for these things by increasing your business Nationwide.
