Arby's - Walterhill

I went to the Arby's on 66, in Sevierville TN. It was terrible, the staff was rude, I didn't get all my food had to turn around and go back. I had ordered strawberry pies and they quit selling them that day. She didn't want to refund me my money… bad experience

Nothing fancy but the French Dip is pretty good. Good Sweet Tea also.

Food was pretty decent they were a little slow going through the drive-thru but that's to be expected where we're at

Fries were burnt but cold..smokehouse was just thrown in bag and when I went to get it out it was all over the place.

Horrible service. Charged for things I did not ordered. Waitng forever on food. As with all fast food places now just stay away not worth the price at all any longer.
