The Hardwick Arms - Walsall

We have always enjoyed dining at The Hardwick, the staff are friendly and attentive. I ordered a sirloin steak today, but it was unfortunately very tough and I couldn't eat it. When asked about our meals, I mentioned the steak issue. The manager, Nikki, promptly came over and offered to replace the steak with a rump. I accepted and within five minutes, a delicious rump steak arrived at our table. Thank you Nikki for the excellent customer service. She also offered us another drink or a dessert. Thank you Nikki!

We had a delightful beef rib Sunday dinner today, it was so delicious and the service was quick. Thank you to Nicky and the wonderful team, this was our first meal at the restaurant but it certainly won't be our last!

I visited this restaurant for a family meal right before Christmas with my friend and her family. We had to wait a bit for our table when we arrived, but the staff was very apologetic about it. The food, when we finally got it, was delicious, typical pub fare. The service was excellent and the atmosphere of the pub was wonderful.

Food was ok, booked table for 7.30 by 8.40 we picked up the menus to order desserts and were told the kitchen closed at 8.45pm so no desserts. How does that work to close so early. Would not visit again and told the Supervisor of our disappointment for our xmas night out.

Was an amazing experience thanks to a lovely girl named Ellie. She was amazing and so polite. Food was lovely but service made the experience.
