Contribuiți la feedbackOur biggest takeaway was probably portion sizes being very good, especially for sharing. Staff was very hospitable and had a great attention to detail. We opted for indoor dining even though it wasn’t super hot or smoky and just made for a better experience since mostly all customers were outside.
I ordered the tea leaf salad, garlic noodles with duck, and black pepper lamb, all accompanied by Burmese tea and fresh young coconut drinks. The food was enjoyable, but the staff forgot to mention the sauces that would pair well with the dishes. Our table was near a busy road, which was a bit distracting with cars zooming by. However, the live band added a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, my water glass was empty multiple times during the meal. Parking was challenging, and it was disappointing to learn that the restaurant does not provide discounts or support for service members or first responders.
I really enjoy visiting this restaurant. I made reservations for dinner on a Saturday evening and had a great experience. The server and bartender were both very friendly. I enjoyed a crisp cold beer, lychee martini, and fresh coconut, which were perfect for summer. The tea salad, chicken curry palata, pepper lamb, samosa soup, greens with tofu, and pine nut brown rice were all flavorful and served promptly. The patio seating had a great ambiance with music playing.
Fantastic dining experience at Burma 2. We had a delicious lunch and wonderful overall experience thanks to the helpful staff who were kind enough to accommodate my brother in law's gluten free food requests and they totally made sure they kept all the dishes and food prep gluten-free! Highlight was the tea leaf salad!! And the tofu! Everything else was excellent too! Can't wait to come back!
Superior food, flavor, and service. Carlos and Imani were both amazing. The dishes all exceeded the expectations I had. Served family style with plenty to share. Great price, atmosphere, and delightful cucumber infused water. Some must have items include: tea leaf salad, samosa salad, salt n pepper swai, black pepper lamb, and curry rice. If you love seafood then grab the coconut walnut shrimp or curry shrimp.
