Denny's - Waldorf

Would have given five star if they had the soup readily available. I have never been to a Denny's that did not have even chicken noodles soup ready. I wanted something light to break my Fast. It was my first time dining here... My kids enjoyed their food. Our waitress Lily was great, she was friendly, fast and kept checking on us. The atmosphere was that of a typical Denny's with a bit of old school neon lights and see-in the kitchen look. One thing is they need a bit of an update for the reach-in fridges and gaskets, the doors are beat up and rusty in the inside. The bathrooms were clean and smelled good which is a plus for a diner. It was not a bad experience, and I can understand if an item is not popular, that it not be ready but maybe thaw out the bag of soup (which we know is pre-packaged) so that it does not take 15 mns for a guest to have it. IJS, I guess food cost is more important than guest satisfaction.

Have not been to a Denny's in over a decade. This was a late night visit around 1 AM. Surprisingly great. Service was good, food was hot it was nice to have some of my old familiar dishes.

I have never seen a diner slammed on a Sunday that had it's stuff together like this. Food came out fast and the staff was a well moving machine correcting things if needed. I was super impressed.

It was great should have gotten extra gravy though!

Missing multiple items from order most of food was inedible, hard, overcooked, poor experience. I wont order from here again.
