We were in the parking lot waiting for Costco to open. Since we were quite early, and hungry, we decided to checkout the breakfast food truck parked along the side of the road between Costco and Tony Autoplex. This food truck was constantly quite busy.The menu was basically all breakfast items, first you select the size of your breakfast plate, then you select your breakfast meat. There is also a selection of breakfast sandwiches. We opt for the ham and cheese sandwich, and the luncheon meat sandwich. Price was decent, very satisfied. Wish the bread was toasted, and the lettuce was fresher.I'd return, it tasted good.

Food was delicious and quick!We got the regular breakfast spam corned beef.Staff was super friendly!

Easy location right on the road between Waipio Costco and the car dealership. Park on the side of road right near the truck or the outskirts of Costco parking lot. Ordering is fast. Great value; sooo much food for your money! Packed with rice and meats. Def a go-to!

Hamah time very fast and tasty I always eat at Lee truck reminds me of my cousin miss u my Boi @lee_kekoa_harper@lifewithoni@hawaiianbadboy420
