Kuleana Rum Shack - WAIKOLOA

Best restaurant on the big island hands down. We had wings and tomato mozzarella (special) as an app chicken was juicy, crispy on the outside and sauce was amazing.. tomato mozzarella was incredible. I had the duck which was delicious my husband had the ahi tuna special which was hands down the best I?ve ever had. Was cooked perfectly and sauce was an amazing fusion of flavors. I need the recipe for those sauces please !! So good. Every cocktail we had was well balancedand unique. We then had a rum tasting and dessert. Our waitress Joy was a wealth of knowledge and so helpful when pairing our food and cocktails. She is an asset to this company and I would highly recommend this restaurant in part due tothe food but also due to the amazing service. Thank you Joy for making our last night on big island a memorable one. You?re awesome !

Honestly, an incredible dinner experience! They take their rum seriously, and it doesn?t disappoint. They have an extensive cocktail menu with lots of options and great food to go with it. I highly recommend this spot and will be coming back!

Over priced. Blah. Fish was $70. Was told it was huge and enough for two people. We had to grab a second dinner somewhere else because there was so little fish. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
