Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Wadesboro

The food is decent—definitely better than Monroe's Popeyes, which didn't stay open for long. I usually order the chicken strips or nuggets. I'm not a big fan of the chicken sandwich, but I do get it occasionally. All three options are usually crunchy and can be warm or piping hot depending on when you visit. I won't comment on the staff; we all know how that goes.

When I got back to my car, I discovered that I was also missing a piece of chicken and that I received fries instead of the Cajun rice I had ordered. This is the second time I've encountered problems with my order at this location. Additionally, some staff members actually respond when you say thank you, while others just walk away without a word. I think I’ll choose Bojangles next time.

My family visited this Popeyes on our way to the beach for lunch, and we had a fantastic experience! There was a really kind gentleman working there, I believe his name was Ashton, and he definitely brightened our day. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers! I would highly recommend this location!

Amazing helpful staff! A young man was so nice and made my day. Very hardworking. I went in on 7/30/22 and had an amazing #1 combo. Great job to the staff. They even helped with the drink machine that was messing up.

First we waited over 30 minutes for chicken after going inside to inquire about our drive-thru order. Several other customers waited in the parking lot for orders as well! The order was incorrect and the staff had the nerve to be rude! Hire more people and adjust your attitude! Sending my complaint to corporate as well! Customer service is at an all time low!
