Friendly staff. great indoor pool and whirlpool. I got the sauna. comfortable bed and kissing. very clean. it was amazed to come back to my room after work 24 hours after check-in to take out fresh towels, bed linen and müll. I thought these days were gone.

Pleasantly surprised at this price point! Fantastic hotel; extremely clean; well appointed and spectacular customer service. The ladies at the front desk are extremely processional and helpful. They greeted us standing up each time and were extremely sweet. Ms. Sarah is spectacular! The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Made for a very restful nights sleep. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was extremely comfortable, clean, and the staff gave exceptional service! \n nI stayed for 6 weeks while working in Waco. I was comfortable in all possible ways. The staff from the lovely housekeepers, the maintenance men, the kitchen and restaurant staff, and especially the front desk crew were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice, roomy, well appointed, the beds so comfy and I slept so well very important after a long day of work \n nI would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Waco. It's a short (10 min) drive to the downtown area, but it's easy to get around in Waco.

We had a great stay here. We were driving to Dallas from Austin, it was getting late and we were tired. Instead of more driving we decided to spend a night at Holiday Inn. The manager was very friendly, caring and helpful. We got upgraded to a suite and got a baby crib brought in shortly after checking in. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the blackout curtains were great. We slept until 8am!! (That’s unreal for young parents Thanks a lot for this great experience! ?????? I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who’s tired in the road.
