D's Mediterranean Grill - Waco

What a wonderful place! the food was fresh, and the falafels were some of the best we had in years. d, the owner, was a tasty bite. as others mentioned, the hummus was fantastic.

We visited the day on the waco and stopped for lunch. the owner was in register and is very knowledgeable about what is vegan on his menu. I had the falafel plate with hummus and Lebanese salate. the falafel is made from scratch and tastes delicious. the sweet was fresh and tasteful. they are not as many possibilities as in other Mediterranean restaurants, but I was happy with what I ate.

Although not quite vegan there are enough options for them to have a filling, delicious vegan meal. the falafel packaging was very delicious. everything is made fresh. a little out of that, but not too far. a stable customer flow.

D's is out of the way for lots of Wacoans, and it definitely doesn't look like much when you step inside. The food, however, is delicious. I love getting their hummus, which is rich and smooth, and of course the falafel wrap. Even my mom, a staunch omnivore, kept asking me for bites.
