Cricket's Draft House Grill

Awesome spot in downtown Waco near the Dr. Pepper museum! Service was quick and genuine. Good was great with big portion sizes. It’s a huge venue with pool tables and an arcade room. My only complaint was that the temperature was quite warm indoors.

Please bring back the Beyond Meat option for Crickets' burgers!!! I love coming to cricket's often but there are so few vegetarian options (aside from the nachos or some random side). Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options now that they got rid of the Beyond Meat Patty.

Crickets draft house was a new experience. They have a wide space inside and plenty of tables and chairs. They also have a bar section. They are clean and have salt, pepper and ketchup available at the table. They have a variety of items to choose from. We ordered fries with cheese and tater tots. Also a jalapeño burger with bacon or you can get a simple cheese burger if you have kids. This was a great stop I’m Waco and recommend if you’re looking for a restaurant burger place.

First off, I chose this location to celebrate a birthday only to be let down drastically. Second, the drinks. My iced tea tasted like dirty water, and my girlfriend's beer wasn't even what she asked for. Because she is sweet as pie and doesn't like confrontation she drank it. Third, when our food came... OMG! All of our food came out cold. My girlfriend and I got the steak plates and they actually had the nerve to put a cold salad on a hot plate with the steak and fries that was completely stone cold. I sent my plate back I just couldn't do it. Again because my girlfriend is nonconfrontational she stayed quiet and ate her burnt over cooked over seasoned steak. For the price of these plates this was the worse food I have ever had. I have worked in alot of restaurants in my life and I don't know how this place is still in business. Maybe because college kids don't know any better.

Great place for food, camaraderie, and a good selection of beer. However, I've been there 5 times, and each time about ⅓ of what I order is out of stock or waiting on delivery. Also, they do not staff the early evening NEARLY enough. Have to wait significant time to get attention from bar staff.
