I'm so BIG on customer service and ALL of the gentleman were A+ on customer service! The greeting, the smiles, the quickness of the food coming out, and the thanking us for coming in! I made a mistake of not letting them know that my husband is allergic to shrimp, and they made it right for us, even making sure he was not allergic to anything else. We definitely rang the bell for GREAT SERVICE! If we are ever passing through again, we will gladly visit again. Thank you gentleman and keep up the great service. Our visit to, Long John Silvers will probably be last visit. The fish and shrimp was over cooked. No French fries with your meal, have a choice of 1 side.

The combo's we did get were fine. Did not get one of the three meals I order. It was in the last half hour they were open. By time got home and realized one sandwich and fries were missing they were closed.

I got there 20 mins before closing and i asked what they had left so that they didnt have to drop anything but i needed 3 orders to go and the young man there said nit a problem we will just drop fresh for you snd he did and im so thankful for him that even getting ready to close he took the time to do that and did it with a smile Long John KFC you have our backs and we have yours, Excellent food and Even better service ! ! !
