Starbucks - Virginia Beach

I initially ordered a caramel frappuccino with an extra shot, but it was watered down and did not have the extra shot. I went back through the drive-thru and waited in a long line, only to be questioned in a condescending manner about the drink. Despite the policy of not accepting trash through the window, they took the drink back to dispose of it. When the drink was finally remade, it was still incorrect. At that point, I decided to give up. Overall, this was one of the worst Starbucks I have been to, with very unprofessional workers.

The restaurant is in a great location with plenty of seating options. The baristas are friendly and made me a delicious Toasted White Chocolate Mocha Latte.

I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, even though the line wasn't as long as usual. When I finally received my Carmel Frappuccino, I discovered that it didn't have any caramel flavor and tasted terrible. I called the store and was told I could come back for a remake, but I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for poorly trained staff to make my drink. This Starbucks location has always been slow and poorly managed. I would recommend going to a different Starbucks instead.

Literally one of the worst locations. drive through takes a minimum of 10 minutes no matter how many people are in line and 9 times out of 10 my drink is wrong or tastes bad. go to the one in town center instead.

There is a consistency problem between staff. The drinks are standard and have a recipe but there is a 40% chance it will be made right. Any other Starbucks makes the same drink correctly 95% of the time. I go to this location often as it?s by my work, but recently I skip because it?s not worth spending $7 on something that?s probably not good.
