Moe's Southwest Grill - Virginia Beach

I love Moe’s! This location has been renovated since I last visited, it looks great! So clean and pretty. Service was great. Staff greeted us with that happy expected Moe’s greeting that just makes you smile when you walk in! They got our food made quickly and correctly. And everything tasted delicious! Very happy all around. Will definitely be back. Thanks Moe’s :

No Welcome to Moe 's friendless here. It 's interesting to read comments from years ago and they say similar things. This was my first time at this location and being as though it is a decent area, I guess I was expecting decent service. The workers seemed annoyed that they actually had to work and take people 's orders. No enthusiasm, no smile, no helpfulness at all. They 're not any cheaper than Chipotle or Cava and definitely not Taco Bell lol. However, I 've actually had more welcoming service at Taco Bell if you can believe that!

Dear Moe’s, the maker of my burrito today did me wrong gave me dry a meat and hard a rice in my burrito… felt like I had chewed plastic definitely tried add butter and chipotle sauce to rice and steak but..no bueno I ain’t even bother to finish it…good ridden
