Le Snacking Wine - Villemoustaussou

A warm welcome, a great terrace overlooking the hills of the region, a simple and effective meal. We loved it so much that we came back twice! Thank you for these wonderful moments and your generosity!

A lovely evening, so much better than we thought it was going to be.....the tour was interesting, fun and you got to drink wine on the way round! The idea of the night is to be entertained, eat, drink and drink a little more....so we did. We love our wine and French food, so this was just up our street. We read about it on here and now I am writing a review. We were on our mini moon and stayed in The Hotel De La Cite, so it was a 15 minute taxi ride to the Vinyard where we had a lovely welcome we were first there. Straight in with the wine and a tour of the 40 something hectare site which was fantastic. Not blinded by science....hence the words yummy, yummy yummy. We chose to have the 5 course menu celebration meal and believe me you need to be hungry for it. Every course was delicious, very French and combined with good conversation with the other family that joined us made for a lovely setting.....the wine was on full flow, every time you finished a glass more was on tap.....getting older and more mature as the evening went on. We ordered some wine to be delivered which it was and we are enjoying the personalised wedding bottle as I write this. A must visit well worth it.
