Fiesta Bamba - Village of Springville

I work on the road and travel across New York and Pennsylvania and this was hands down the best Mexican food I have ever had! Will be returning soon!

Having lived in Southern California for almost a decade, I would self proclaim myself an expert this place ROCKS!!!My wife and I had lunch there and I was happy to find Carnitas on the menu which I ordered. My wife had the lunch portion of Chicken Fajitas and she gave me the look ... we had struck gold.The rice was awesone and delicately spiced with just the right amount of tomato, perfectly cooked. The beans were awesome as well just the right amount of lard yes, that 's what makes 'em good) and seasonings. The accompanying Mexican Flag lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream)... all very fresh.The waitress was friendly and our food serverd on as it should be) very hot plates enough to ensure it was warm until the sadly) final bites. The chips and salsa served were some of the best I 've tasted on this side of the border. If you like heat as I do ask for the hot salsa... and yes, you can even get some to go.On a scale of 1 5, this place is definitely a 6!AUG 1, 2019 Nothing has changed AWESOME!!!I would like to change my review as there is something that has gone wrong here. On my last visit, I advised that because of financial situations I could not affored to eat at the restaurant but would like a tub of salsa to take home that I could eat in memory of better times. I was told that the tub of salsa 1 quart) would cost me $20. I walked away very sad. :

Came in and place was pretty busy but were seated right away. Service started off okay but definitely trailed off through the dinner. Almost non existent in the end. Their frozen strawberry margarita was absolutely amazing. Beer was cold and delicious as well. Chips and salsa were average, no complaints. Carne asada was decent, not too much fat on the steak, and it was cooked perfectly. Their beans, rice, and guac were good. Would recommend this place.

Filthy filthy filthy! This place is disgusting! Went with my mom for lunch. The table was filthy and sticky with bits of rice on it. Then we got our chips and salsa, one of the salsa bowls had food stuck in it. Then I opened my silverware and there was food stuck on my fork. All we got was water so we just left. Wouldn't eat here ever again and wouldn't recommend. I actually discouraged people from going.

The service was terrible took over half hr for food only after I ask where the food was.food was not gd,hard to.understsnd the workers.i would never go.there again.
