Taco Bell - Villa Rica

The service here is terrible!! I'm traveling and hungry so I stopped by to get some food; I've seen my share of disrespect and this is by far on top. I had to drive around and both times I was at the window (drive-thru) the lady was disrespectful. I don't know what was her problem because I was being respectful as I was taught. To top it all off my food had a lot of oil.

Whatever girl worked the window tonight around 9:30pm didn't care about her job! No hello or even have a good night , bye or nothing. My order wasn't even complete either. ?paid for food I didn't even get. These young kids these days ...

This location went downhill fast. Started out quick, clean, and friendly, but the past few times we have been the a/c hasn't worked, our order has been wrong or missing items, the bathroom and tables are dirty and sticky. Got home before noticing some item's were missing. Called the location and the manager answered, I explained how ridiculous it was to wait that long and still have the order incorrect and she hung up on me. As much as food cost now days service should match it.

The food was great, the service was great but for the past 2 months, it's been hotter inside this restaurant than outside. Management seriously needs to get the air serviced.

Everything was great except one and it happens almost everytime I order a bean burrito for my son with no onions extra sauce and cheese everytime it's loaded with onions and no cheese! Everytime!Parking: Never no problemWheelchair accessibility: Doors are plenty wide
