Wendy's Restaurants - Victoria

Thanks to the hard workers at this Wendys. My small order of a large fries and Double Jr Bacon Cheeseburger with modifications was accurate and fresh. I know there is a major struggle to find staff right now so all the managers are working long hours to keep the restaurant open. Keep up the good work.

Great food. Service was polite and ad quick as could be expected on a Saturday supper time. Could have used an employee to restock straws, etc. Drink machine takes an effort to commence. Clean, spacious eating area.

Went through the drive though with a long line up behind me. Only to be told no one could order a burger as they had ran out of buns. Guess someone isn't doing their job.

Closed at 3pm due to lack of staff. Theres no sign saying this and the front door is still open but you'll have to wait around for them to tell you this.This place used to be alright but it has gone down hill significantly.The kitchen and seating areas are filthy and the customer service is non existant.If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would.Avoid this place.

This place is the cleanest and most modern Wendy's we have visited. Very friendly staff. The manager, Jeff, was super friendly and welcoming. We don't live here but when we drive through again, we will be back. Thank you.
