Wendy's - Victoria

The drive-thru at this restaurant is incredibly quick, the best in the city. Prices are increasing, but that seems to be the case everywhere. A quarter pounder at McDonald's now costs nearly $8 for a meal.

I am a Wendy's worker, so I thought I'd post something. Maybe some of our pick up window workers are grumpy, but how would you feel if you had to deal with grumpy people for 8 hours straight? No much better I assume. But other then that, I love the food, and no, I'm not saying that as an employee, I'm saying it as a customer. Even the days I don't work I stop in and get a baconator, it may not be the best bacon in the world, but still, coupled with the beef of the patty, and our new butter toasted buns... It's the most delicious meal I eat all week. Next to that, our fries are delicious too, never too much, nor too little salt and always cooked to the right crispness. And to add to those good factors, we have our multitude of other choices for sides, such as ; salads, baked potato, or chili. The baked potato has a number of different toppings. Also, at wendy's, you can ask for any condiment to be taken off, added or have extra, sometimes if it's bacon, or a patty it will cost extra, but not too much. And our patties couldn't be fresher, we have fresh never frozen beef, fresh every day, and every morning all of our tomatoes and other condiments are chopped in store at the location they are sold. And at times Wendy's service can be rough, but most of the time we won't be rude unless you are towards us. So, come in, enjoy, and thank you for reading this.

The service at Wendys was prompt and impressive, likely setting a record for the fastest fast food. The food is consistently quick and rarely has mistakes. The burgers are tasty, despite being cooked by someone who had previously tried to sell weed at the nearby whale wall. The Frostys are decent, but I'm not a fan of the new bacon styles on the baked potatoes. It used to be bacon bits, now it's chunks of fatty 'real' bacon. I appreciate the variety of side options available, including salad, chili, baked potato, or fries. It's a nice change from always having fries, and it's great that there is no extra charge for choosing a different side. Thank you, Wendys, for giving us this option.
