Smoke And Anchor - Victoria

I was in Victoria visiting from Alberta. I am a vegetarian and find it difficult to find a variety of dishes at restaurants in Alberta but I have to say that the Avacodo crusted sandwich was AMAZING! LOVED it so much I am trying to recreate at home. Hoping you could please let me know what is inside? Best sandwich I have ever eaten hands down
