Glo - Victoria

High end restaurant with great food. Ambiance is extremely awesomeness Restaurant is facing gorge waterways, seating in patio is fascinating. Limited paid and free parking available infront of the restaurant.

Came here as it was recommended as one of the top 10 happy hour places in Victoria. Pros- food was great, atmosphere inside is understated elegance chic, pricing average but not excellent for a happy hour. Flatbread with spread cheapest at $7 most items 13-15 for happy hour bites.

Glo is such a great spot. We sat on the patio for a late lunch and had a great view. Our server was lovely and gave great recommendations. They had a good drink selection, I had both the caesar and sparkling peach sangria. To eat I had the pear and candied pecan salad to start and it may have been the best salad I’ve ever had! Finished with the happy hour spiced ahi tuna tacos which were also delicious. In short, if you want good food and a great view go here!

Great atmosphere. Dark lit environment can be romantic or just family nice dinner mood. Good food. Stay away from the chef’s plate short ribs with risotto. My family was not a fan. Was more a beef slow roast kind of thing. Salmon Wellington was good steak. Soup you and dessert were good. No complaints

Poor service, was very slow, served my wife gluten after she was very specific many times that she was celiac. Then offered to comp 1 drink from the entire $200+ bill. Do not recommend whatsoever. Drinks were so so.
