Zefa Carqueja - Viana do Castelo

We came here because it was recommended in Lonely Planet and our sat nav kept sending us the wrong way up one way streets trying to find out first choice for lunch. The waiter was welcoming and spoke English, giving us an English menu. He suggested we share the mixed fish grill (28 euros) which was ok but enough for 4 and the grilled fish was dry. The accompanying vegetables were stewed leaves of a cabbage variety with steamed carrots and huge amounts of potatoes. The recommended vinho verde was ok. The waitress was a bit gruff and gave herself a 4 euro tip when we paid the bill that included bread we did not touch.

O restaurante localizado no porto é bastante amplo e está dividido em duas partes, uma para comida takeaway onde havia muitos clientes e outra parte para comer no próprio restaurante. Bom atendimento e rapidez. Boas quantidades, tanto na salada especial como na grelha. Qualidade/preço bastante aceitável.

Comi polvo assado na brasa, muito bom. Recomendo.

This is a two-part business. a side is the kitchen from which the food flows. there is space only for the departure that was a sign of quality. I ate in the sit-down restaurant and the quality vas beautiful. this is the first place in portugal, where the reis was Spot-on. enter, beer and suppe 13 euro. I have returned since my first review to get both out, and pizza. the bun and the ribs are both excellent for the price as the long lines can indicate. the pizza was good, the same diligent as their roll, and cost 8 euro.
