A nicely packed package only hides the content! This is the second time I visited this place since it was renovated. The service is terrible. The food is good under par. The pommes were cold and stabbed. The rolls were so stiff, I think they were sitting outside overnight. I'll see the list. Terrible!

Poor Service: Staff are sloppy and the service is too slow. I ordered a big vanilla shake in Drive. The shake dripping over the sides of the cup. When I complained, the girl went away from the window. The taste of the milkshake was good.

This Jack's is in Lorna Rd Hoover, is a very clean place, and the employees offer great services? And the hamburgers?

I would love to give this location zero stars. The night crew lacks in customer service skills and the food is not fresh. My family just came through the drive thru tonight, there was not a single car in the line. It took awhile to get our food and it was not even warm. I ordered a side of ranch, and this sauce is most definitely expired. I tried to call the restaurant to speak with the manager about the expired ranch, and they will not answer the phone. The call is being cut after only a few rings. This has been an awful experience. Terribly disappointed, because the last time my family came to this location was for breakfast and the food and service was great! Will absolutely not be wasting anymore money on the evening crew. Just awful.
