Castle Farm - Versailles

The food was not great. lamb slider ate had rolls that were hard and dry. there was no season. I ordered the parachute and that was very delicious. my wife ordered the pan-seared snapper, but it came out fried instead of pan-seared. the fish was also rubbery, it did not taste fresh. the drinks were very good. the ambiente was very beautiful. the staff was very friendly.

Overall I enjoyed everything about the experience. eating was fantastic and it is beautiful inside and outside. the only thing was the time for everything. the waitress and hostess were very nice. However, we had reservations and it was probably 10-15 min to sit after our arrival. we were there for a little more than two hours with brunch, it took a little over an hour to get our food. that's a bit long for a party of three. I would definitely go back.

We had a fabulous time. We were sat right away and our server took our drink order immediately. The food was amazing. It is all locally sourced, so everything tasted fresh. I highly recommend the experience.
