Trattoria Andri - VENEZIA

The family that owns and runs this restaurant were very accommodating! The father shared his artwork and the daughter took wonderful care of us! By the way, the food was fantastic too! It was a little bit more of a local place which made it a bit more interesting too...saw how the real Italians have a meal amongst friends and family!

The restaurant is placed in a quiet street by the canal in Lido, Venice. Atmosphere, food and service are absolutely amazing. Fish is fresh and quality is excellent and mussels, dorado, seabas, Seward fish, seafood platter and seafood spaghetti are just perfect. Staff are extremely helpful and casual that you feel like you’ve known them for years and you are a regular guest. I could not recommend it highly enough.

We have eaten here several times over several years and every time we have enjoyed good meals in the style of a family run trattoria at reasonable cost particularly in comparison to most Venice prices! The dishes are traditional and fresh, the service is excellent and friendly and the wine and water very reasonably priced 14 Euros for a litre of very drinkable house white which goes down well with the fish, free grappa to conclude. If we are lucky enough to return to Venice we will be returning to Andri!

Ottima accoglienza . Personale veloce e simpatico. Menù a base di pesce fresco e ben preparato. Buona scelta di vini. Prezzi nella media. Ci torno.
