The food is excellent and the service is hardly zero. The waiter dropped glasses and bottles that broke and flooded us all, like a flood, and he didn't even deign to apologize. They break something every five minutes. The horror. Watch out when the waiter comes by with drinks, get up from the table or you'll be as wet as if you swam in a lake. We waited about 10 minutes for the waiter to come to us, which is not a big problem, considering that it was lunch time. However, when ordering, the waiter informed us that at the table where we are sitting, he can only serve us pizza or some other delicacy. We thanked and left the bar. If the restaurant's policy is like that, then it should have clearly separated parts where you can be served a complete meal and a part where you can only be served part of it.
