Mcdonald's - Vaughan

I've been to many McDonald's in my lifetime I like this McDonald's nice modern clean. It took 5 minutes to get served. Once I got served the gentleman decided to pour my Coke Zero. When I confirmed it with him is a Coke Zero he said oh no. Emptied out my cup use the same cup and filled it with Coke Zero. That's cross-contamination and against health food guidelines.

I walked into the store and there were zero employees at the front customers. I logged into a kiosk and made my order halfway through my order the kiosk froze and wouldn?t let me log out. I had to wait 15 minutes for unemployed, supposed to be at one E. me they told me that they didn?t know what the issue was. I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to take my order on a sale. At this point they also let me know that the ice cream machine is broken. As I am waiting I noticed no employee was wearing a hair tie or gloves. The manager Rashmi did not seem to think this or anything else from above was an issue. Employees in the back were quite literally yelling laughing and joking as I was waiting to get assisted. Worst experience I?ve ever had at a McDonald?s and I?ve never had to complain before.

An awful McDonald location, with so many rude staffs. My last experience was the worse one. I order via the app. After exactly 43 min I had to go I. To see what happened to .y order. The staff (Sebastian was so rude. Arguing with me why I have ordered through the app instead of going to drive thru. The manager(Seba instead of apologizing for delay, was shouting at Sebastian why my order was not ready. The online manager (apparently her name was Jasveen didn't even came to front. At the end the manager put couple of expired coupons which I didn't even want. (Photo attached . When I got my order I noticed still they didn't prepare my order right. I need to drive back to get the one which was missed. It took an hour and 10 min for a McDonald order. I am actually so disappointed and w Try to avoid McDonald, and will tell everyone my experience.

Have been to many a Mcdonalds in my travels and during my school years. This one is really the worst. It's dirty, full of loiterers who wreck what is actually some nice decor, and service is slow and poor quality. But the worst thing that made me finally do a review is the rotten mouldy donut I was sold today. Manager showed no surprise and gave a curt apology and an excuse that all they do is defrost the donuts. So I guess he was suggesting that McDonalds imports entire batches of rotten food. Either that, or maybe the defrosted donuts were just left out too long? Come on, you can't be jeopardizing the health of your patrons. There is no well managed aspect about this location at all. Owner, please take note.

The place is poorly maintained and very dirty when we went. Garbage all over the place and quite disgusting. Service was slow and one could tell some errors were being made. Went to McDonald's after a long time and seems like food quality has deteriorated. Shame to see such a popular brand being held to low standards.
