Buffalo Wild Wings - Vaughan

My first time trying this restaurant out last Saturday was excellent. My buddies and I came here for dinner, wasn?t busy, which was a surprise and nice too. Selena was our waitress, she did a great job of serving our table. She was cool, polite, and goodat her job. Food was excellent as well. We?ll definitely be coming back in the future. Good job everyone!

Came in for a quick drink at the bar, got a glass of Stella. Bar was empty and bartender only showed up to fill in the orders from the back/dining area. Since she used sanitizer after any task, my glass/drink smelled like intense hand sanitizer, not nicewhen you sip on your beer. Asked for a bill and before finishing up a beer found several foreign debris at the bottom of theglass that are not consistent with beer or clean glass wear. Advised server and was offered another drink but since I have askedfor a bill, it was not appropriate. No discount or apology before I left, I would not come back. Do not recommend.

I came in to eat with my family and it was a really simple order (afteros and wing) that came out quickly, but for ever to come for the wings, and it even felt as if they warmed up sitting out for long. after eating our nachos and still missing half of our order asked our waitress whether we would like our bill! we had to remind them that we never got the wings and she was confused to think that we had all our order. very disappointed

A huge shoutout to Brian, thanks for making our visit a memorable one. He was the only bartender serving yet he was attentive, never took to long to refill us another cold one. The wings were good, Appy Hour Menu is nice, and their hottest sauce is pretty kickass! Perfect place to watch sports and catch up with friends.

I finished dinner about an hour ago and I’m not coming back. The service was abysmal! When walking in we were nicely greeted. Once we sat down we were shocked by our server. Came to the table, no introduction no hello. Put the plates abruptly on the table and then tossing the stand holding the menus from the front of the table to the back. When we were ready to order she never looked up, looking straight at her pen pad. When we were done ordering the mains we asked to also have the pickles but split between 2 of us instead of the 3. She seemed very annoyed and frustrated that we asked that. She brought us our drinks. Another server brought out our food from the kitchen. We did not see her until nearing the end of the meal. For a good 10 minutes after we were done we were waiting for someone, anyone, to acknowledge us for us to pay. We walk up to one of the servers asking for the bill. Finally our server brings the bill, she bring the machine and we all individually pay, I believe she noticed that we did not tip. (Tipping is not supposed to be expected from servers and should not change your service). After my friends got up to the table she came back abruptly and slightly pushed my friend out of the way starting to clear the table while I was still on my way out of the booth. She mumbles something, not too sure what, but I don’t believe it was positive. This was honestly the most disgusting service I have ever gotten and should have gone with my gut feeling and left as soon as she put those plates down. Never recommending again, food use to be great but without good service it’s not worth the money.
