Pacher Hof - Varna

The Pacher Hof is just outside Bressanone (or Brixen), surrounded by vineyards that produce the grapes for the property's excellent wines. The hosts are charming and extremely attentive, service is impeccable and with a smile and the food is always to a high level and beautifully presented. Elegant interiors that mix old with contemporary.

Stopped by for a wine tasting and explored the grounds. While we didn't eat or stay, the place looked well laid out, clean, well-run, and the wine was good. I'd go back to stay for a day or two.

This is a Winery combined with hotel and a nice restaurant. The wine tasting led by Kathrin Huber and Winemaker Michael is very nice and they let you try all there fine whites from grapes like Kerner, Sylvaner and other sydtyrolian wines. A very modern and nice hotel with a lovely pool!
