Contribuiți la feedbackThe cocktails and food at Hendricks are pretty solid, and the ambiance here is relaxing but also with elegance and class. With the proximity to both the Stadium District and the Entertainment District on Granville street, the spot stands out as a great place to hang out before heading out to the clubs or concerts, definitely worth checking out.
Another “Vancouver Foodster” caesar contribution brought me to “Hendricks” lounge tonight. I would later learn that their name comes from the owner’s appreciation for the legendary musician. Of note, when it comes to any media related event: plating and portion size may be gussied up and/or paired down, and the service will usually be top notch. Though I can at least paint you the most accurate image when it comes to the food and the setting, as how I interpret it. But as always, these are my opinions and you need not take them as fact. Unless you have my exact background, have lived my exact experiences, and we possess the same tongue; no one can truly taste and appreciate as you do.
Final Thoughts:<br/ One-liner: Casual-midrange dining that feels a little more exquisite than the local casual chains despite being hidden in a hotel<br/ Highlight: Fire Roasted Gin and Tomato Soup<br/ Price per person: $20-$30<br/ Would I go back? Yes.<br/ <br/ Check out my blog post for the full review!
