Contribuiți la feedbackHorrible food and service. The waitress was only a figure to attract people but didnt know nothing and missed even giving spoons with cup of cofee that i not experienced in my 67 years in travel and restaurent. Very dissapointing and bread is the first thing on the table when ordering mussels and other appitizres like in europe. Had to ask then sends the assistant!!! During payment talks and trying to chat to get more on the tip which was big that we offered at 20% for 4 people. The wine tasted like vinegar!!!LOL
This was a really lovely place to spend a family birthday celebration , the food was really , really good and the views from the tower were spectacular . A little bit pricey but expected and worth it everyone needs to go here once for a sunset meal when in Vancouver .
Do not go to eat at this place. The food is horrible and very overpriced. If you would Like to see the views go to the observation deck do not waste your time and money in this restaurant there are so many other places to eat that are much better
I have dined at restaurants all over the world and in Canada, but I have never experienced such poor service and food. The waitress ended the evening by serving us coffee without spoons, something that has never happened to me in my 25 years working in the tourism industry. Typically, when mussels are served, bread and butter are brought to the table automatically, but we had to request it. The food was bland and unappetizing. It seemed like the waitress was more interested in the large tip we left her. It appears that people come to this restaurant for the view rather than the food or service. I must mention that the bottle of wine we ordered tasted like vinegar.
This is a “must do” at least once. The views are breathtaking. 360 degrees of Vancouver. Menu is limited but it was delicious. Worth the price.
