Little Caesars Pizza - Vancouver

Order a few pizzas about the Little Caesar?s website for delivery. They forgot the paprika on one of the pizzas and, of course, the customer service is a while, so my wife goes to the store to make her refresh the pizza. The guy at the switch used his brain cell to determine that it was Dash?s fault. Really?! Do you blame Dashes for forgetting the Paprikas? I didn't order by Door Dash anyway. Anyone who decides to deliver through when I order via the LC website is your own business. It's amazing how uncompetent this place is.

Don?t order online, paid for custom pizza with stuffed crust and two different occasions they didn?t put the toppings or use stuffed crust. First time I realized the order was wrong when I got home and tried calling and their phone wasn?t working. Second time I checked in the store and was told I could wait for another pizza to be made which I didn?t have time for. I asked for a refund for just the difference and they said that wasn?t possible. Won?t be going back it isn?t that difficult to make a 3 topping pizza?.

Ordered pizza for pickup for 6:15, paid on the app. Store was closed when I got there at 6:20. Now I'm out $25 and have no pizza. They shouldn't be accepting online orders if they're closed. edit Went back 2 days later to request a refund and the employee wasn't very polite. Rudely told me the hours were on the door (I ordered from work, not in front of the door and figured the app wouldn't allow a pickup if the store was closed). Seemed rather irritated to have to refund me (for items that were never received). I live super close and order her once a week, and have never had an issue until now. Looks like we are looking elsewhere on pizza night.

Waiting on online order. Expected time 10 minutes. Using the portal is so convenient and quick. Specialty pizza hot and ready for pickup. Scan, grab and go

I love the pizza... but it is never hot and ready, wait time is an average of 10 minutes. Also, why is it 6 dollars here? It's 5 most places.
